Orders & Shipping

How much is shipping?+
Shipping is free on orders over $49. Smaller orders ship at a flat, calculated rate shown at checkout.
Can I pick up my order in store?+
Yes — choose your store with the pickup-store selector in the header, and we'll have eligible items ready at your local Brook Mays or H&H Music. See store locations →
What is your return policy?+
Most new, unused items can be returned within 30 days with the original receipt and packaging. Some items (reeds, mouthpieces, special orders) are non-returnable for hygiene or custom reasons.

School Rentals

How does the school rental program work?+
Pick your student's instrument, choose a flexible monthly plan, and a portion of every payment can apply toward purchase. Maintenance and repair coverage is included on most plans.
What's included with a rental?+
Rentals include the instrument and standard accessories, plus repair/maintenance coverage on most plans. Your band director can tell you the specific outfit your school requires.
Can I apply rental payments toward buying the instrument?+
Yes — our rent-to-own plans let you apply eligible payments toward purchase. Ask any store for your current equity.
