Shipping is free on orders over $49. For smaller orders, a flat, calculated shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay — so there are no surprises.
In-store pickup
Prefer to skip shipping entirely? Choose your store with the pickup-store selectorin the header, and we'll have eligible items ready at your local Brook Mays or H&H Music. In-store pickup is free. Find a store near you →
Processing & handling
Most in-stock orders are prepared and handed off to the carrier promptly. Special orders and items not currently in stock may take additional time — if anything affects your order, our team will be in touch.
