Orders & pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change. We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product information and to cancel orders affected by such errors.

Returns

Most new, unused items may be returned within 30 days with the original receipt and packaging. Certain items (e.g., reeds, mouthpieces, special orders) are non-returnable. Rentals and repairs are governed by their own agreements.

Rentals

Instrument rentals are subject to a separate rental agreement provided at sign-up, which details monthly terms, maintenance coverage, and purchase-equity options.

Intellectual property

All site content, logos, and trademarks are the property of Brook Mays Music Company or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

The website and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site.
